Responsibilities'

RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of IT, the Product Support Specialist will be our internal subject matter expert on all things Momentis and or Shopify POS.
The candidate will engage with business leaders and our Customer Success Tech partners and be responsible for the ongoing support and resolutions of the day-to-day operations of Momentis and or Shopify POS by using a disciplined approach to gathering, understanding, and writing requirements and will deliver business value through platform enhancements optimization of the product.
